As a kid growing up in Zurich, Switzerland, I wanted to become an Archeologist. Only my grades in artistic classes like drama, photography, and writing were much better then in history, Greek and Latin. So I merged into filmmaking and found it quite similar to Archeology. It’s a constant search for truthful content and piecing together imagination with facts.
After studying cinematography at the Academy Of Art University in San Francisco, I have worked as Camera Operator and Assistant Editor while continually building my reel and working for different production companies. As a Director/Cinematographer I create films and videos in the short format. My goal is to create visually strong commercials for National brands.
Since I moved to LA last Fall, I’ve been living in Hollywood, and when I’m not working I enjoy the outdoors. |
