Aine's style can be defined as aesthetic realism. She combines her talent for casting and working with both actors and real people with her passion of classical film language to create beautiful spots that have power, energy and inspiration. First and foremost Aine is a storyteller, who's attention to realism sets her apart. Áine has been based in Europe for the last six years, during this time she traveled extensively worldwide directing spots, short films, documentaries, music video's and events. She has won numerous national and international awards. Aine just shot a spot and documentary webasode for Life-Scan at base camp of Mt. Everest. She has done work for clients such as Pepsi, LG, Visa, Mitsubishi and Budweiser to name a few. Áine is currently working on her first long form project with partner David Emery, a series of dramatic films that introduce and explore a small Buddhist Kingdom called Bhutan. Often asked why she has such a passion for advertising she replies, “If I can sell Pepsi, I can sell Peace". Advertising provides so much possibility for changing our world. I want to be an element of that change.” Áine attended Pratt University for Art Direction, NYU Tisch School of the Arts for Directing and Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Performing Arts for Acting and Directing. She also has a Masters in Counseling Psychology and was one of the finalists in the prestigious DGA/ABC/Dinsney Fellowship Program. Áine is represented by The Garden www.thegarden.tv in Canada.
