Mark Lyon fell in love with filmmaking rather late, after adventures as a bio major, raft guide, bike racer, wandering surf bum, and principal in a small creative agency. But now that he's seen how beautiful, mysterious, and funny life is when framed in a viewfinder, he's definitely fallen hard.

Over the last six years, Mark has directed dozens of commercials and industrials. Each project has been a big learning experience, and he's looking forward to taking that up another level.
Mark lives with his wife Susan and two sons, Nick and Jake, in Solana Beach, California. He accepts the fact that luck has a lot to do with it.
