Sincoff was born to a line of private investigators out of Brooklyn, NY. After the passing of his father at an early age, he found refuge in the expanse of an absurd imagination. This proved useful, as his next dad would be an orthodox rabbi. The family relocated to Virginia where he began to roam the streets with their 10-lb video camera, interviewing elderly neighbors under false pretenses.

With 15 years as an actor behind him, most notably as TV's "DeVry Guy", 3 years as an agency creative, and many more as a bar mitzvah MC, Sincoff felt it was time to invest his life's savings into something sound. But then he reconsidered and blew it on a director's reel.
