After working 8 years as a copywriter and garnering numerous industry awards, Corbett turned his attention toward directing. His first effort, the short film "Small Emergencies," appeared in several prestigious film festivals throughout North America and was honored by the San Francisco International Film Festival with a Golden Gate Award of Merit--one of only 7 shorts to be recognized out of 1,500 entries worldwide. He most recently began building his commercial reel and looks forward to bringing the same award-winning sensibility to directing that he brought to copywriting.
